These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stamp My PDFs ("the App"), a product of A2 Ventures, a sole proprietorship owned by Raghu Chinnannan, registered in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Stamp My PDFs is a tool that lets you add stamp overlays (such as PAID, UNPAID, VOID, or custom text) to PDF documents. All PDF processing happens entirely within your browser or on your local device. No files are uploaded to our servers.
The App is free to use in full. You may use all features without purchasing a license. A license purchase removes the "unlicensed version" notice and supports continued development. There are no feature restrictions on free use.
A paid license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Stamp My PDFs on any number of your own devices. The license is tied to the email address used at purchase and does not expire.
Stamp My PDFs and all associated code, design, and assets are the property of A2 Ventures. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App or any part of it.
We collect only your email address when you purchase a license, solely to deliver your license key. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2 Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
